Most, if not all, recruiters continue to rely on their standard practice of doing business and seem content being inflexible when working with potential clients and are not willing to negotiate.
This rigid mindset created an opening for a fresh and innovative way of conducting business in the recruiting world.

Mary Bergstraesser, President
Mary has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry having worked side by side with her husband Steve at TotalKare of America, Inc. selling, installing and servicing safety, security and communication systems to nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities throughout the Northeast. As the Vice President of Customer Relations, Mary has her finger on the pulse of what customers need and is passionate about providing the best products and services to fulfill those needs. Which naturally led to the next question, why not personnel too?
Not one to settle for mediocracy and being frustrated with the inflexibility of most recruiting agencies led Mary to launch her own staffing company based on the same successful business model that has led to TotalKare’s success and longevity over the years. We truly do put the “KARE” into everything we do and we plan to provide customers with only the best…. product, service and now personnel.
Mary credits her high standards of excellence in all she does to her faith and her military upbringing. Her other passions include pug rescue, being a “motivational coach” to women from all walks of life with self-esteem issues, health & fitness, Key West, good wine, good food, and good friends.
